1. Inquiring About an ArtworkIf you’ve found an artwork you like and want to know more about its price and availability, click the "Inquire" link. This link is located either under the artwork's preview photo or at the bottom left corner near the full-sized image. Then, fill out the form in the pop-up window. If the price isn’t listed, feel free to request it in the "Message" field. Alternatively, you can email us at contact@bellabelarus.com. Please include the name of the artist(s) and the title(s) of the work(s) you’re interested in, along with your question or request. 2. Confirming Your Purchase and Receiving an InvoiceOnce you’ve contacted us and decided to purchase an artwork, we’ll email you an invoice with all the details. 3. Payment and shippingPayments can be made by card, via PayPal (note: additional fees apply for card and PayPal payments), or bank transfer. After your payment is processed, we’ll ship the artwork to you. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks from the date of dispatch. For your security, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. 4. Returns and RefundsIf your package arrives damaged, or if the artwork is damaged upon opening, please contact us immediately and keep all packaging materials. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or credit - whichever you prefer. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the artwork within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs). Please note: The customer is responsible for returning the item, which must arrive in mint condition to qualify for a refund. |
